2008 Event Survey | Pictures 20082008 Promo Video

Each year, the Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department hosts the Outlaw Trail 100 bike tour featuring 10 mile, 25 mile, 40 mile, 50 mile, 63 mile, 100 K and 100 mile loop courses on county roads through historic Williamson County.

Outlaw Trail cyclists take off Outlaw Trail isn't competitive; it is an opportunity to join cyclists from across Texas for a ride across Williamson County. There are 9 rest stops set up along the trail for cyclists to grab some snacks or a drink. Riders can ride at their own pace and rely on support from sag wagons and rest stops throughout their ride. The tour closes at 5 pm so cyclists should select a course they can finish within that time period.

Date
This event is held the third Saturday in October with riders taking off at 8 am with a staggered start with 100 milers leaving promptly at 8 am. No rider will start after 8:30 am. The course will close at 5 pm. Parking is available in the Dell Diamond parking lot (at park entrance). The start/finish line will be outside the Old Settlers Tabernacle (which is where packet pickup is held.)

Start/finish location
The start/finish line will be located on Harrell Parkway by the Dell Diamond in front of the Old Settlers Tabernacle.  Cyclists will park in the furthest North parking lot of the Dell Diamond and walk to the Old Settlers Tabernacle for packet pickup on event day and/or registration.  Since we are no longer at the pavilion, please arrive early so you can go to the tabernacle, get your packet, get your bike, and be ready to take off on time. There is an RV show taking place at the Dell Diamond that day so after your ride you can check out the show if you wish!  Also, after the event you will either go to Chicken Express with your meal ticket to get your free grub and/or rest under the tent in the parking lot and wait for your friends!

Registration
Online registration is available prior to the event registration form,  or register at the Old Settlers Park Tabernacle, 3300 E. Palm Valley Rd, during packet pickup. Online registration for 2008 is now closed.
